Say = söylemek (nesne almaz); tell = söylemek (kime söylediÄi bellidir).

Say = to express in words (say something, say that...). Tell = to communicate to someone (tell someone something). Türkçede ikisi de söylemek ama İngilizcede farklı yapılar gerektirir.
